Go. My first bill was $1,500 (with insurance and a no interest payment plan.) Now my dentist says I'll keep my teeth till I turn 90 and beyond. Worth every penny. Do it. The dentist won't judge you.

I was 25 the first time I had my teeth cleaned. The hygienist couldn’t believe it and at first thought I misheard the question of when my last appt was.

Omg. Right? My parents were super strict about the brushing of teeth. I only realized later that it was so we wouldn’t have to go to the dentist. Wait, did other people not have their loose teeth pulled with rusty pliers by dad? Well shit.
