Shocking discrimination Train staff @ Haywards Heath to a wheelchair user. Refusing to put him on a train as ‘too busy/not enough staff to get a ramp’. Said ramp in picture. We passengers tried to help but staff had no regard

From the EU Trustworthy AI guidelines: “AI systems should not represent themselves as humans to users; humans have the right to be informed that they are interacting with an AI system”. I’d like that to apply to non-AI cold calling system, too.
