Same goes for shows, I know for a fact that a liberal, conservative, and libertarian can all watch The Wire, love it, and believe in totally different ways to fix the world depicted in show. That likely speaks to the great journalistic writing of The Wire

My feeling is that any good film will be viewed as con. by cons. and lib. by libs. Because that means the film is reflecting the world as it is, which is viewed by libs in a liberal way and cons in a conservative way

Rewatching it now, I cannot even imagine what pivot happened halfway through season 1. I need to find the story of who came on and made that show 1000X better instantly

Iowa health guidelines define an exposure as 15 consecutive minutes within a distance of six feet. To avoid having to quarantine anyone should a student test positive, some Iowa schools are having students get up and move around every 14 minutes.

Also the price of the skin must be in relative sense almost zero so in reality this discussion is perhaps moot

Then again, if more people tasted how good cracklings were and could forget their nutritional origin, that itself could drive demand up for killing. But I don’t think many people think to grab them off the gas station shelf

Hmm I think Shelly Kagan follows vegetarianism with similar logic. But if less of pig can be sold off. Producing a tenderloin or chop is more expensive and prices goes up so people start looking for other, cheaper sources of protein.

Then go bet on them people; they are legal! I do not care at all about complaints regarding efficiency. If you think they are wrong, then simply make your money. That is the best way to show you are right

Frightening that this goes on so much. Just after discussing this case, hometown people told me about recent case where 14 year old girl was rescued from sex-trafficking at WaWa I've been to several times.

4/ Perhaps on a more serious note, adopting the social convention of wearing a mask while sick not during pandemics sounds great. Seems to be normal in Asian countries.

3/ On that note, I'd be ok with never having to shake someone's hand after a tennis match again. Considering how often they touch those towels, I think touching rackets shows sufficient respect.
