We don't call NB out specifically on unless there's an issue (there's none right now). If you email me (ec@twilio.com), we can figure out what's ailing your Alfa kit. It's been a quickly evolving platform as we prepare it for general availability.

Hi Todd. I’m working on a detailed reply to your email with all the tech considerations you’ll want to keep in mind. w/r/t your other question, I personally think of IoT as an absolutely massive platform for innovation, and we love the momentum our customers are already seeing.

The SIM slot is confusing - there’s a microSD slot and nano SIM slot stacked together. Something we’re considering revising for v1. We are all on Slack if you want to discuss:

, there's some detail glossed over here. As a general rule, today NB requires an operator-specific implementation. Cat-M is more interoperable. We can (hopefully) help you out in either case: ec@twilio.com

GSM Boron should work fine. T-Mobile is our partner in the USA; the Boron specs indicate that it can connect to their 2G/3G network and that it accepts a 4FF SIM. If you want to explore more nuance, I'm always happy to chat or get on a call. Ping me: ec@twilio.com.

Hi Steven. Sorry for the confusion - these prices are not *additional*. They replace US charges. Will be more clearly presented b4 release.
