FLY TIP: Tyre dumping fairies have been at it again on the B4560 (Llangynidr Moors). 5 tyres recovered on litter pick on Monday (12th) this week and this morning drove past and recovered another 13 tyres on way to Wales v Tonga. Reported into ref: 1753-5462-5015-1528
