Check out this video. How much unused mobile data do you have every month that you can't roll forward? Would you donate your unused data so that one of the estimated 5m in the UK who have never been online (ONS data) could get online? Bet you would. How could you refuse?

Self-organised snd sustainable(in all sense) groups are what we are striving for. But we know that in some places it needs extra energy to get things moving. But where groups have emerged with support they are now self organising. On a side note re: digital check

We have been supported to do that and also directed resources to local organisations. Some of the work you list has happened, so has has campaigns and direct action on local issues such as housing and digital connectivity.

Yes - because we are hearing that many have lost connections as a result of changing procurement practices and want to play a role as builders (and rebuilders) of local communities. We are also hearing that local people want to create new associations where gaps exist

As a grassroots network ‘our social infrastructure’ relates to the local places and spaces that operate where members of the organisation live and the need is to reconnect these organisations within the communities which they operate (place and of interest)
