And why hasn't the media focused any attention on the complete lack of ANY record as to whether Dr Perwaiz was either exonerated or disciplined in respect of those allegedly unnecessary hysterectomies in the 1980s? Virginia only "censored" him (they meant "censured") for poor...

Bon Secours and Chesapeake Regional knew of his shady and illegal practices but chose to look the other way because 30 surgeries a day means big $$$ for them. Call the hospitals and hold them accountable.
