Not only does RealFKNNews operate 24/7, at least 54 accounts that have retweeted it are on a similar schedule. Most are likely bots.

I downloaded 6708 of RealFKNNews' tweets, which covers roughly ten days. It's very repetitive - only 144 unique tweets in the set.

For this account, I suggest reporting the tweets - some violate the hateful conduct policy and all of them appear to violate the spam policy

I have read that; used it a lot. In this case, 6 seemed low for what's clearly a trolling spam account.
