A1) If your comms strategy doesn’t link to the overall business objectives then it won’t work. Everything in that strategy should be linked to the business plan and if it isn’t you need to question why you’re doing it if it isn’t important to the business

You can download videos on insta before posting and save to your device. Links are a nightmare on insta, you can link via your bio (and say ‘link in the bio’) or if you have a business account using the swipe up feature but only works if you have more than 10K followers!

By having clear measurable objectives, audience insight / research to dictate a set of tactics that will deliver those objectives and measuring and monitoring the outcomes, preferably in real time so the tactics can be adjusted if objectives aren’t being achieved
