In case you're wondering: the just voted to impose filters on all the text, audio, photos, videos, etc you might post. If you think this will help photographers or other creators, you don't understand filters.

It makes me angry that shady companies like exist, conning customers and creating unhappiness. Why even bother running a business? It baffles me. Customer service is important. CUSTOMERS are important. Make them a priority.

What about policy, where they say they won't "refund more than 10x the cleaning fee”? Companies make exceptions all the time for errors, as they should. And DOES make exceptions. Only to certain men with access to the CEO or COfounder , I guess.

Perhaps this is just the nature of dry cleaning! You say. Actually, if you look at a similar service, , you don't see the same volume of complaints as you do with . A few compliments, actually.

. returned the pants completely decimated. It looks like they attempted to bleach it. And they baldly claim there has been no quality issue. It almost feels malicious. No reputable dry cleaner would do this. Is a front, or what?

. insisted that they would not provide reimbursement without trying to “fix” it first. They implied it was just a hoop they needed to go through to do the right thing, so, after communicating my concerns, I handed the garment over.

. took a new pair of pants and returned them a different color, with new stains to boot (right). The pants aren't exactly couture, but they can't be replaced. Fortunately I'd loved them enough to have gotten a backup pair (left).

Third, won’t easily own up to, or compensate for, egregious errors on their part. They will nickel and dime you, gas-light you, and make matters worse if you give them a chance to do it.

First, has a customer service phone line that no one actually seems to answer. Ever. Second, is sloth-like in responding to customers. If they even respond.

Companies like with shady practices who don't seem to give a shit about creating good experiences for their customers should not get anybody’s money or time. And it kills me that they got some of mine, and are getting away with conning so many people.
