Nottingham council's main government funding has been slashed from £127m to £25m, despite serving some of the poorest communities in Britain. But affluent Surrey got a £24m bung to alleviate the cuts. Letter from Nottingham leader >>

Yes they can. And if they go for unitary status on the existing boundary we’ll propose an alternative option with the City on extended boundaries.

Yep so let’s spend another 10 years thinking about it. Or maybe get on and do what’s doable given that INTU own the shopping centre and the councils contractually obliged to provide a car-park....

Not at all. Only reason for developing plans for boundary change is a response of Notts County Council proposals to go unitary. If County Conservatives don’t go ahead with there plans then nor will we.

Will get a cleansing team out but would have been cleaned early hours of this morning as is all City Centre so litter has been dropped or blown there since then. And we keep replacing the bow and arrow and it keeps being taken so any suggestions?

Very proud of & what we are trying to achieve. A fairer & cheaper energy system for all, by stripping out the private greed. 3 years old today.

I don't understand why so many people drive into Nottingham to go to work. The roads are so busy, but public transport is pretty good. They could definitely make it easier to cycle though.

Thank you to all those who have helped me get above £6000 raised for the Dolly Parton Imagination Library! Your support will help more children in Nottingham get access to free books to help improve their literacy skills.

This is why the boundary changes are being pushed by the Tories. They are trying to fix the next general election in their favour. Don't let them get away with it.

Well actually some people are claiming that. And I don’t think it helps that many of the Remain voices are middle class folk crying over the price of cheese and mortgages. It’s time we heard different points of view
