β€œConsequences are irrelevant”. Nothing encapsulates Brexit better than this view.

I have no problem with him wishing to reach out to voters but that’s *not* what the above is about: that’s about reaching out to Farage and a party that isn’t even a party and has no MPs.

The Brexit Party has no MPs. It’s not even an actual party. It’s already engulfed in scandals. Why on earth would you seek to β€œreach out” ? If you want to do that reach out to those who have been largely ignored for 1080+ days.

It is irrelevant who won . The key things to remember are that the country will lose; that communities will lose; that people will lose for as long as those who seek to lead pursue .

Here’s a better choice : Stop forcing 3.6 million EU citizens, 3.6 million of your neighbours, colleagues, friends and family, to apply to stay in their home.

ICYMI last night Kate Hoey posted a doctored or out of date screenshot of an EU Commission press release, then deleted it without an explanation or apology. Details here ⬇️

Thank you for the last part. But your "don't worry" line is, I'm afraid, very misjudged.

More generally this also makes me angry because I look at the above and what I get ...and then I think of that fact that Brexit is still largely defined by male voices. I think of timelines; I look at ...there are very few women. I implore you again to help change that. 2/2

So sorry to see this, but sadly not surprised at all. This is exactly the kind of garbage I get. It's basically a part of my daily life now. What women who dare to speak have to put up with is simply unacceptable and it has to stop.

When was , I rang around for a colleague's kid to find school/pupil exchanges to London. Nothing. The German Embassy told me, Johnson had no interest in such programs & therefore scrapped all funding, bringing cult. exchanges to a standstill.

No, definitely not: I’m afraid that I have seen this happen far too often. I understand that some Remainers find this difficult, but those who are Remainers now are exactly who we need.

Oops ... Twitter seems to have eaten the rest. I had also said: I can’t overstate the positive impact of my Erasmus experience. I am sure I would not be where I am today without it. That 1000s of British & EU students will likely lose this opportunity breaks my heart.
