Guardian writers experience their existential crises as anxiety about looming ecological apocalypse. Graun circulation figures down to 147K. The idea they will lead some kind of popular uprising is hope indeed: they are more likely to be first against the wall.

It is precisely here and there. And until it is understood and seen for what it is, no sense can be made of the actual state of the environment. In exactly the same way, religious dogma precluded an understanding of the material world.
