Yes, though landlords will probably just blame tenants or something... There’s an unknown in terms of whether Sunak gets cold feet and extends furlough. I think if there’s another care homes fuck up in a second wave, people will not be forgiving

The benefits cap should've been scrapped as part of an emergency overhaul of UC at the start of the pandemic. The few minor and temporary changes that were made were massively insufficient. A system that has cruelty built in to every bit of it needs more than tiny tweaks.
