Guys has such a foothold in popular culture so I get that people slip up and use that (wrongly of course) but lads is just ridiculous! It’s really not hard to think of alternatives... colleagues, friends, folks, peeps and even I (as a Scot) can get away with y’all occasionally.

Agreed, but I often see coaches being the default facilitators. It’s good reminder that part of job is to grow others into that role.
