The first measure to protect the vulnerable in our communities is to protect yourself first. By wearing your mask, practising social distancing and sanitizing regularly, you are playing your part to protect our elderly and those chronically ill.

Thank you for commenting. I truly regret any deaths from Covid19. My exercise programme is important to me personally, but making it public hopefully will encourage others to support their own wellness. Also Covid19 affects the lungs so exercise is actually a good antidote.

The question should be, what is OUR next move as people. Greater compliance to the protocols - wear your mask in public spaces for example. Those who know help those who don’t . As Gov. we must enforce more efficiently these protocols.. and keep communicating with the people.

Montego Bay seems just the place to commit to start my active journey after almost two months of being inconsistent. This was my first solo run in the 2nd city and I was very impressed with the long stretches of well maintained sidewalks.

Thanks for your suggestions. I agree and we are working with community leaders. My walks alone won’t be enough, it’s the combined efforts of all that will matter most. Each effort helps the overall goal. 🙏🏿
