I too have been in front of judges, tribunals, professionals. Currently there is a deep misunderstanding of gender, but we need people like to be brave enough to campaign, fight and educate. Bravo.

'X' PASSPORTS JUDICIAL REVIEW: I'm extremely sorry to say that today's judgment ruled HM Government's refusal to issue 'X' PASSPORTS was not unlawful. The good news is that ECHR Article 8 was triggered and sets a new precedent. I will update LiveJournal later today.

'X' PASSPORTS: More than six weeks after judicial review full hearing, I anticipate a decision on the lawfulness of HM Government's discriminatory passport policy will be announced soon. Are we human beings with fundamental rights or an invisible section that society can ignore?

A strong sense of déjà vu [and something deeply unpaletable] on reading this. Another action plan? Or more plan and no action followed by more 'reviews' and pointless surveys. I do not understand how anyone can take this seriously ......................

DISGRACEFUL! Absolutely frightening. Is there no level of low to which that woman won't go?

'X' PASSPORTS: Still aiming for more than 100 MP signatures for EDM 175 in this parliamentary session. 77 signatures so far. That is 77 MPs currently on the right side of history. Is your MP on the list?

It's worth watching the 'debate' just to have all the info at hand before writing to to complain about it.
