What u didn’t see yesterday...my experimentation with stitch length prior to sewing the scarf edge. I always practice first, record my final settings to use in the future for similar fabric, then stitch up the real thing.

This is a conversation I have often as I work with leaders of hybrid and . It’s abt outcomes and performance. And it does go back to trust! Do u trust ur employees or do u need to know they are “there” and working?

Totally agree with these tips! Attitude is soooo important...I’ve seen many really great in-person facilitators fail at virtual facilitation cuz they never really thought of as being a viable training option. They never had the right mindset.
