I vaguely remember a dream where a guy in a black suit “cleverly” announces this before all of his sets. But I wish it was the Utah Jazz. And their 3 blood sisters.

Apparently I woke up in the middle of the night and emailed myself this genius book idea. I don’t even like jazz.

I’m sure there are times things go well. No company is capable of 100% good or bad service. Glad to hear your experience went well. Just frustrating they can’t resolve my small problem after months and won’t answer my related questions.

Did you happen to lose your ID?

Yeah it’s freaky to imagine what would happen if there was a major problem with a home you were staying in. The lack of effort they’ve displayed to help me with a hosting issue has been legendarily bad.

Hey ! It’s now been 60 days since my issue was first reported, and I’ve still received no resolution, explanation why not, or answers to any of my questions. I’m really terrified for any of your customers that need help in an emergency! Please RT if you like to travel!

Sure, just sent the info again! Once again, as I’m starting to realize is signature move, nobody replied. Again. Again. Again.

Hi ! Time for the daily check in. Is there a reason nobody there has answered my questions or followed up with me? Nine (9!) weeks later and I’m still waiting for to either solve a simple issue or explain why they’re unable.

Just so it’s publicly recorded: I’ve done that three times (in addition to numerous phone calls to support and messages via the app) and nobody has ever followed up or attempted to help me or answered any of my questions.

It’s definitely better to take it private so nobody sees how little your company has done to resolve an issue that is 10-weeks ongoing now.

Haha. Like the last times you replied, Nothing will come of it, you won’t resolve my issue, and nobody will even follow up with me to tell me so or explain why.

Again. has no ability to resolve issues, no professional integrity, no care or concern for customers or hosts. Be aware that if anything major on your trip goes wrong, nobody will be able to help you in spite of what they promise. Please use with caution.
