I think Deborah, for all your worldly experience, you've got a little soul searching to do about your biases.

Or blackmail like, accept an offer that's much lower than the costed requirement, despite you already dropping your position three times, or we'll offer just under a quarter of the costed analysis?

Blackmail like... Vote for us or we'll arbitrarily apply harsher Lockdown restrictions?

My point is, Deborah, they're throwing knives and if Burnham doesn't throw any back, he's toast. And when you look at his 'politics', the fully costed ask was 90m. Burnham dropped his ask 3 times to 65m. The gov refused to pay each time. Those are the knives he's throwing back.

Or their selective application of Lockdown rules based on the density of Conservative seats?

So when the government offered 22m instead of 60?

I'm not denying some politics were played here. Do you think there is any room for politics at all when people's lives are on the line like this?

Hands up if you think the government is more concerned with β€œbeating” Andy Burnham than protecting the health and livelihoods of the people of Greater Manchester? πŸ™‹β€β™€οΈ

I'm not naive enough to ignore the politics. Burnham was thinking about more than the people of Manchester. No doubt. But his politics drove him to get more support to people. The govs politics pushed them to go well below half of the recommended figure. Tells you something.

Β£8 per person in Greater Manchester. An absolute disgrace, I am disgusted. Meanwhile, consultants are getting paid Β£7,000 per day for test & trace. you will be personally responsible for driving people in my constituency and across GM into destitution and poverty.

I have fought for the ability to support low-paid people and businesses who will be most harmed by Tier 3 closures. Simple as that. Please don’t misrepresent my position.

I've got a few now - 4. It's not super impressive by any stretch but it's full of watches that I thought had a bit of history about them :)

I buy a nice watch every 6 months to a year. They vary in price but my fave is this one. A refurbished 1942 military watch from JLC. Put it on, look at it, realise that you're doing okay. πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ
