I believe self-development books are amazing and life-changing, but nowadays I read less self-help books than I ever have before. I get more inspiration from fiction (and honestly YA fiction and series like Harry Potter!) than PD books nowadays 🤓📚

I believe that being grateful is a choice — but that it’s actually not always the right choice for us to make. Yes, gratitude is powerful and life-changing, but self-compassion and kindness is always more important 🙏
