Thanks, I've had a look at our records for the 10:43 Banbury to Leamington Spa and the service had arrived at 10:59, when it is scheduled to arrive at 11:00. When travelling by train and connecting to another train service we do advise a minimum of 5 minutes connection time. BL

There are no extra rail replacement buses. The only bus arrangements in place are for the connection times to our train services. Engineering works are planned in advance by Network Rail and it is highly unusual for them to be rescheduled at short notice. BL

There are some train operators that offer seat reservations. Whilst we do not offer this, customers who may be travelling on the other providers that'd offer this are given the opportunity to make this request at the time of purchase. BL

Hi Peter, sorry for any discomfort caused when travelling on this service. Unfortunately, this service is operating as with 6 carriages instead of 7 today. We're working on our trains as quickly as possible, but depending on the issue it may be out of service until further notice

The 07:41 to will be formed of 4 coaches instead of 5. This is due to trains needing maintenance. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
