Is your child heading to ? As well as leaning on you, make sure they know who to call for emergency help. They can call 13 HEALTH (13 43 25 84) 24/7 to speak to a registered nurse for health-related questions and always phone Triple Zero (000) during a health emergency.

Our 😊belongs to 18-month-old Augie. Augie was born with a double aortic arch - an abnormal formation of the large artery. Earlier this week Augie had surgery to repair his heart. He is feeling much better now is excited to be going home today!

Some of our staff volunteer to help children with cleft and craniofacial conditions. Qld Children's Hospital surgeon Dr Stuart Bade recently returned from an mission in Madagascar where he and a team of doctors performed 114 cleft lip and palate operations.
