FOOD NEWS: Jim Noble’s fifth restaurant, Noble Smoke on Freedom Drive, will have a July 25 grand opening. They’ll smoke meats in an 1,800-square foot smokehouse, using 8 wood-fired smokers; 6 made of steel, and 2 traditional masonry barbecue pits.
