Sounds cool! Owning your gallery great, adding maps etc is fun: The only thing to watch on object storage is the number of pages you're generating & uploading. The combinatorics can add up pretty quick with some types of page, e.g.

(If the site's source is stored in git, you might also want to take a look at trying - they have a good free tier)

I'd say much of this comes down to the number of pages. If the site's large (1000s of pages), pushing to object storage can be very slow to update. Should be easy to run a Hugo binary on Lambda though - if hugo build takes less than 5 mins (max running time on lambda I think).

Most debates about the behavior of pedestrians and cyclists just show our collective blindness for the horrific man-made abyss in which we have let our public spaces disappear. (illustration by Karl Jilg)

I guess what was frustrating here was directing me to the incorrect place. I figured Spotify had perhaps opted (unusually) to use SO for all developer queries. Seems this feature saw degraded performance yesterday, it's a shame we don't have visibility of that.

The endpoint is working again. This is a screenshot of the question I asked and the negative response I got. In future, please don't direct people to SO for this type of query. What we API need is a status page. This was a bad experience for me as a developer on the platform.

It's a question about to the status of that service/feature. It doesn't appear to be returning fresh data any more. I guess there have been no other reports?

The v1/me/player/recently-played endpoint doesn't seem to be returning up-to-date plays. My last update was at 2018-10-24 13:36:03 UTC - seems to coincide with an Android client update.

Hey, I'm regrettably no longer able to attend the event. I requested a refund via Eventbrite at the weekend but haven't had any confirmation yet. Have I followed the correct procedure?
