Awesome, man! Which app is that you're using? I'm about to embark on a similar journey. Tracking macros feels like such a daunting/overwhelming task, though!

Your most dedicated fan is no longer the one who says, "FIRST!", but rather the one who casts the first down-vote before the video even premieres! You're doing it right, man. Lol.

Thanks for the message; glad to hear the videos helped you out! CE is the gift that just keeps on giving as you get more and more into dev/CS/etc. I'll be doing some more advanced stuff this year, so I think you'll enjoy what's to come as well! =)

Had a lot of fun making this video! In it, I explain how finding a rotation bug in The Witcher III led me to some other fun discoveries! Link to video here: You might know some folks of interest, !

Everyone in game chats always tells me to press Alt + F4, but I think Windows is broken, because when I press those keys together, it makes my games crash! Can you forward this to Tim Apple so he can fix it, please!?

"Prinny: Can I Really Be The Hero?" is an incredible platformer! The hilarious voice acting, art style, and cadence of the game are all stellar!

I meant to say Process Monitor for these replies. I always mix the two up for whatever dumb reason, lol.

But I recommend using Process Explorer as a jumping-off point from the save-game file. Watch this series of videos sometime. Even if you don't use them, the techniques are EXTREMELY effective:

Try the Code Filter, then! You'll need to do a bit of leg work first, though, like finding your way to a function you think is useful, then do a backtrace, and then load that up in the Code Filter to find subroutines of interest. =)

Or checkpoints/savepoints could end up being like invisible objects in the world that exist at the exact XYZ coordinates that you are spawned to. In that case, you could find your XYZ, then look for those exact numbers to find save points, then find a relevant shared instruction.
