No worries - completely right to call me out on it. The numbers are scary but it’s really the tip of the iceberg. These are vulnerabilities we know about but there’s a whole heap of ‘could be’ vulnerable circumstances which are harder to predict and design for!

Love this pyramid - definitely stealing it. Empathy is hard to build with designers and developers when they’re not close to the people using the products and don’t have the ability to get close which means it often ends up as sympathy. Thoughts on how to bridge the cap?
