When a city slicker has a good exit they go out and buy a cabin. Scott, what do founders in Nisswa buy when they have a good exit?

...and by "exit" it could mean anything since PE is happy to buy 40% or 90% but nobody really says publicly. But it's still moola in the coola for someone, likely the founders, which is universally a win. 🥳

A nice bootstrapped tech exit from the hot startup city of...Nisswa, MN! Congrats for the exit of to PE. SaaS for associations and chambers to run their groups better. Niches to riches, folks.

We need to talk about this until the media deigns to mention it. The major innovation hubs have paper millionaires (and billionaires) whose "wealth" is primarily ownership of their own fast-growing companies. Do we want them forced to liquidate or take massive loans against that?

The average startup launches a bunch of features for a bunch of use cases to appeal to many possible users. The Sharp Startup focuses on a few killer features for the most valuable use case of the most desperate customer segment. Which do you think wins? Go Sharp.

What's the prevailing theory as to why SVB hasn't been acquired by a Citi or BoA? I'm baffled. Your moat and brand is unparalleled.

I hope I can help 1 or 2 of the employees that are being laid off figure out what's next. I'm carving out a full day to meet 1-on-1 with any of them that want to. If you know of any MN / Bite Squad FTEs please feel free to share ✌️
