And Rockstar get away with it because he can't exchange back into cash, so it isn't really gambling (from a legislative POV) Built a casino where you can gamble in six different ways and it's not gambling because nobody wins. Madness.

100% - any progress on restricting loot boxes needs to be coupled with an end to Cat D machines for children. You can't be concerned about kids gambling, and blatantly ignore the most common route into gambling they have.
