Pretending to understand something you don’t understand sabotages any opportunity of actually learning.

I will be sending a 3rd excerpt of my book at 4pm EST. The topic is "What you see as obstacles and avoid is actually the way to your growth." It's about how I handled my father passing away 5 years ago while I was unemployed. Get access here:

If you can't name a person in your life for whom you're willing to sacrifice it all, it's time to re-examine your relationships.

When it’s all said and done you’re only going to care about 3 things 1. How did you live (good or bad) 2. Who you shared experiences with 3. What could you have done My advice: 1. Have a clean conscious/moral compass 2. Don’t be selfish 3. Live as if you’re dying (no regrets)

This is an exceptional, practical list. Doing most/all of these things worked for me. The only thing I might add: REACH OUT. The night may be dark and full of terrors, but you do not have to go through it alone.

To be a badass, with a nice ass and upper body that can throw hands 😂 Not actually a fighter, but I love that lean, strong physique.

WHY people go to the gym Stage 1: I want to make girls/guys notice me Stage 2: I want to feel good about myself Stage 3: I want to be strong to defend myself, friends and family You never start and end the same person

Identity politics is the ingenious idea that the best way to fight racism, sexism and homophobia is to judge people on their race, sex and sexual orientation.

Nothing is more masculine than being a father. Nothing is more feminine than being a mother. Raising the next generation is your most important responsibility.

Fatherhood is at once both the greatest blessing and responsibility given to a man. The Father above entrusts us, in all of our frailty, to protect, instruct, and nurture our children. It is our calling and duty to lead the home. Society prospers when we honor that purpose.

to all the men out there who haven't punted on their responsibilities and who are working hard to provide for their families. There is no greater role for a man in this life than that of Father. No other accomplishment can possibly compensate.

Happy Father's Day to all you dads out there. 👊 Being an invested father has never been more important. Today, up to 40% of kids in the U.S. live in a fatherless home. Fatherlessness is associated with almost every societal ill facing our country’s children.
