You don't have to worry about giving honest feedback to the NHS. At you can say what was good, or could be better, and you don't give your name.

Sad face! It IS such a long haul. I think the aim must be to help staff who are complained about feel less defensive, insist trusts become more open to the stories behind the complaints and reward them when they change their practice.
