They must of been stealing money in some way, I doubt they just stole login details

Yeah, for sure. Dunno if they got that far before being busted, my guess is that they did because I don’t honestly expect .gov.za IT to be so on the ball as to detect that sort of activity. (Unsanctioned 🙄) fraud may have triggered some alarm bells, though.
