Appreciate this balanced perspective. Remote vs on-site needn't be an argument of good vs better, but rather acknowledging the betters of both (and leveraging both when possible).

Common situational concerns (which can be resolved): – One team member is remote: "Misses out on ad-hoc meetings." – Manager is remote: "Can't establish 'culture' and effective 1-on-1's." – Cost of living varies: "HR must scale salaries by geo." – Everyone is remote: 💯
