So it looks like the 4-day 1st war of Brexit is officially over: Brexiters got all excited on Brexit day as Guernsey banned French fishermen. Everything was fine till Guernsey fisherman went to process their fish in France. France refused, the fish rotted & now the war is over.

Our government, media and education system have failed. This isn’t a country fit to be ‘global’. It’s scared of its own shadow, fearful of the ‘other’ and willing to let its government blame immigrants for its own negligence. What a nasty but telling little survey.

Having proven Trump guilty, I asked if there was just one Republican Senator who would say “enough” Who would stand up against this dangerously immoral president Who would display moral courage Who would do impartial justice as their oath required and convict And there is.

Because of the Republican Senate’s betrayal of the Constitution, the President remains an ongoing threat to American democracy, with his insistence that he is above the law and that he can corrupt the elections if he wants to.
