. also helpfully notes that what ICE was trying to build-- a model that would predict 'positively contributing members of society'-- is not technically possible. Pretty hard to ask a machine to isolate examples of a definition you can't define

At our users' conference, I fold diversity programming into the main event. Vs "pink siloing" it into a separate day or venue. Perhaps more women & POC will attend the conference, and more white males will join the diversity talks.
