I was just wondering yesterday, if the subtitles were already integrated on media.ccc.de, and I was bad at finding the option, so this is wonderful news \o/

Did you find them? On the right side in the video player, there is the "CC" button if subtitles are available.
You can check which talks have subtitles at c3subtitles.de or mirror.selfnet.de which is the primary source.
