Dass du es auf Media nicht findest ist normal. Das @c3voc ist am implementieren das liegt aber nicht in unserer Hand.

The transcripts are mostly done with trint, you can see this on c3subtitles.de before you click on a talk. Some have YouTube transcripts (trint credits are limited).
Amara is only used as quality control tool, not for autotiming, autotiming is done by YT.
