Billy Wagner is held without bond at the Fayette County jail this morning. He is set to face a judge at 1 p.m. It's not clear yet if he'll fight extradition back to Ohio. If not, he will be taken to the Butler County Jail in Hamilton, according to the Pike Co sheriff
