Have you guys watched Fortitude? and I started watching. Lots of snow, polar bears and grim murders!

People spent months banging on about unity now ready to throw my fave Johnny Mac under the bus would be lolz if it didn't expose the absolute poverty of their politics. It's not that McDonnell is not socialist enough for you, comrades. It's your socialism that's found lacking

Not a professional - but having volunteered in homeless shelters - unless people find good advice it's almost impossible. And then there's the question of rough sleepers' willingness to even participate in a process they seem to be shut out from

For anyone actually listening to this shit idea and considering it - it won't be your family that gets separated and your loved ones deported when the system fails! This is bigger than signalling your cultural identity. DON'T FUCKIN DO THIS!

... as a cultural badge, rather than the reality that we are fundamentally migrants subject to the same hostile system but with more privilege - ultimately your failure to stand in solidarity and listen to the people who will suffer but instead pure arrogance. What a clown

And when it completely crashes who do you think will be the first to be denied medical care, housing, even entry?! Your entitlement, your refusal to see the problems with the Home Office's *design* as a tool of violence, your desire for signalling superiority as an 'EU citizen'..

Yes, let’s flood the Home Office with sham applications, so genuine applicants may not be able to processed in time. I find it amazing how Grayling manages to be wrong on just about everything.

“I can confidently say there is an extreme exaggeration,” said a source who has worked with the U.N. in Libya. “The amount of time and money that we spend on visibility and public relations is more than they are spending on the actual work.”

In England’s top 50 homeless blackspots, 156 of the largest private management companies make massive profits while condemning the most poorest and marginalised to exist in squalor. Britain’s broken housing system is not fit for purpose.

Today, I told my students that protests are excused absences in my class. A student goes "okay does today count?" Pulls out a megaphone and says "Im protesting Amazon's contract with ICE. I was gonna go after class, but can I leave early so I can be there on time?" WOW.

Tomorrow, we will be joining the protest to stand in solidarity with the Kurds and all people in North-East Syria. Britain and the EU must welcome refugees and speak out against oppressors like Erdoğan, not do deals with them.
