I need to book an engineers visit now. This will entail a visit to the property. I have slots available Tuesday-Friday 8-1 or 1-6. Can you find out from your dad which suits as someone needs to be at the property during the slot. This is a free visit. ^Kevin

The land line fault has been resolved this morning by the engineers. They did not need tovisit the premesis. Can you confirm if the line is now working. Also was the broadband off as well ^Kevin

This error code appears if you're trying to watch more than two BT Sport streams at the same time. It can take up to 15 minutes for the stream to completely stop Martin. ^RachT
