When buying fruits & veg is to always buy FRESH as possible. ALSO when buying fruits & veg you can buy them canned, frozen & even dried. BUT when buying packaged & canned foods, make sure they are either in water, fruit juice free from added sugars, fats & salt.

Instead of going for processed foods high in saturated fat, go for foods full of good fats such as walnuts, avocados & oily fish! The good fats are heart healthy and helps reduce the bad cholesterol in that body.
