Easy digestion for the body - Take time out to eat mindfully and slow. Eating slower gives your stomach more time to start working on the food. Take 20-30 minutes to eat your meals and chew well so that it will be easier for your stomach to digest your food 👌

Stretch your way to good posture 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️With many of us still working from home and living a sentendary , good posture can be a challenge. If you’re working from home at a desk all day, take a break every hour to stretch your legs, your arms, calves and your whole body.
