1/2Hi, UK stroke association have emotional changed after stroke booklet if you google that it should come up in PDF. The Aus Stroke Foundation has a fact sheet too. Though not aphasia friendly. The chest heart and stroke foundation Scotland has a PDF coming to terms with stroke
