He certainly wasn't qualified but that hasn't stopped Trump from hiring these "best people" over and over again. Trump does not look for competency in hiring. He looks for blind loyalty or in Sondland's case a big donation.

No, Sondland is just another man they have been unable to get to sing or compose. Then, there is Clapper, who is going around telling people they (CIA, FBI, DOJ, etc) just did what Obama told them to.

The non-Fox media I follow say Sondland is rolling on Trump and Giuliani and saying he himself did not understand it was illegal (as his defense).

Correction: Just saw NPR post that Sondland will contradict Fiona Hill and say John Bolton agreed with the plan.
