It’s more a collection of manuals for specific use-cases, but there is a ton of experience in the articles from the solutions team cc:

Super interesting topic and a great walk through of iterating to a Cloud AutoML solution when Cloud Vision’s output is too general for your needs.

Some folks have a mailing list of acquaintances they email things to. I’ve been lucky enough to get on a few of those. Different feel than blogging. If you were to start one, I’ll bet a lot of people (and me!) would be interested. Not sure if that’d be useful to you, though.

My early experiences in tech made me question the "pipeline problem." We started a non-profit to deal with just one part: Project Alloy pays for people to attend tech conferences that lead to jobs/funding. Their stories are inspiring. Learn more here:

Why did I not learn this better in school 🤦‍♂️. I had no idea birthright citizenship was added to help end slavery. Read and learn.

If you do this, I’d be happy to drive an extra truck so more people can come along. (Apologies for the note out of the blue: I’ve been following your D&D adventures on Twitter for a while and my wife and I head up into the local forest roads pretty often = sudden alignment!)

Google Cloud Platform now has preconfigured deep learning images with Tensorflow, PyTorch, Jupyter, Cuda and CuDNN already installed. It took me some time to figure out how to start Jupyter on such an instance. Turns out it's a one liner:

This is an abstract of a 10 year career in tech. The odds were never in my favor, specially to work with technology. When I was a kid I wanted a SNES, dad said no, it's a boy's toy. I was always good with math, but when I wanted Lego as a gift, they gave me barbies.
