I try to meet every new Stripe on their first day in the Seattle office—a 30 min informal group chat.
While we do cover some things like how to register for the bike locker and where to file a ticket for our Workplace team, what I primarily focus on is *empowerment.*

Continually creating community has been instrumental as @Stripe Seattle has grown from a single desk to the hundreds of people today.
