If you work for the Mail, Sun, Times, Telegraph, Express etc, you got this shower elected. It is a bit rich to expect support or sympathy now.

Integrity? The word that kept coming up in court last week in connection with Partington was ‘iniquity’. It has a particular legal meaning I’m told.

An important thread for anyone interested in the misdeeds of . The writer knows what he is talking about: he was one of the tipsters. And this is separate from the phone hacking problem. Do and know all this stuff?

Let's make MARCUS PARTINGTON a little bit famous. He deserves it. As legal boss of the papers (aka 'Reach') he has instructed barristers to argue in favour of suppressing allegations that he (MARCUS PARTINGTON) knew about unlawful practices at those papers. Hmmm.

A very bad look for the Mirror papers (aka Reach). Their barristers, acting on instruction from in-house legal chief Marcus Partington, have been pleading with a court to 'strike out' allegations implicating the same Marcus Partington in knowledge of unlawful activity.

ICYMI. Please help with a big legal bill. We need him. It's great that so many have already given, but there's some way still to go.

Anti-racism poses a threat to our neoliberal establishment that abandons whole communities to market forces. What could be a greater challenge to state neglect of impoverished communities, than ordinary people forming solidarity movements?

Phone hacking & illegal newsgathering are not minor matters. It's an outrage that so many who did it, commissioned it, condoned it and covered it up have been shielded from scrutiny for so long. Let's shine a light here.

Are you a reader? He needs your help, here: And if you're not already a reader, maybe you should be. He is informed, tireless, angry and funny, a proper thorn in the flesh of the corrupt corporate press and others. Give him a hand if you can.

In May 2019, we wrote to the EHRC with a dossier of evidence detailing MPs, Councillors and members making or engaging in Islamophobia, calling on the EHRC to launch an inquiry. Nine months later, there is still no action.

Looks like *a lot* of cuts coming down the track at BBC. Really worrying to see at a time when Britain badly needs public interest journalism.

I don't recall any firefighters demanding immunity before giving evidence at They had to suck up the criticism and blame during and at the close of stage 1 inquiry. Corporate witnesses should be given exactly the same treatment.

This is David Berger, he was 19 years old when he was murdered by the Nazis in Vilnius in 1941. In a last letter to his girlfriend he said: ‘I would want there to be somebody who would remember that someone named D. Berger had once lived.’ We remember you, David.
