saw a lady who uses her MDI without a spacer. Said no idea how to use her spacer or why it was important. not sure if she’d originally bn shown and forgotten. Without a spacer an MDI little more than a threat spray - just basic stuff check inhaler technique regularly

Very exciting times for our breathehappy group - in September the group is embarking on a canal trip on the ‘Pamela May’ canal boat. Great way to gently expose vulnerable people to the great outdoors and to increase social solidarity and connectedness

I think PR is still an after thought for some medics, and it's only offered when no other medication changes can be made. "We've tried everything else, so let's try PR". Am I being unreasonable to think this is the case?
