This graph of e-commerce penetration is what 10 years of transformation accelerated into 2 months looks like. And it likely doesn’t slow down from here. h/t

We need to switch from thinking about Product Strategy as something that is dictated from top to bottom, and instead something that is uncovered as we learn what will help us achieve our objectives.

If you were to teach someone about having discovery conversations (active listening, real time synthesis, etc) what resources would you share? What specific outcomes would you prioritize? (Please RT for reach, compiling a collection. Thanks!)

I'm not sure ppl realize how assigning "right thing" to one group and "building it right" to another can be insulting. It turns one group into order takers. And another group as thinkers. Product development is a beautiful mess of loops, learning, uncertainty, and co-design.

We're looking for a user-obsessed product lead to help build a university for working learners at Strive. I'm biased, but think it's a 🔥 opp – great team, wonderful investors, meaningful traction, important mission and meaty product challenges. RTs 🙏

Dear "Friends of Gib": I'd love it if you would retweet this post. It's a 12-part essay on "How to Define Your Product Strategy" and is my best attempt to be helpful in a very leveraged way. Includes Google Slides to define your own strategy at end.
