It doesn't. This morning was related to a slow order due to some damaged rail that we are fixing tomorrow morning.

The number of trains on the line is appropriate. The issue this morning was a restricted speed zone going south, which backs up trains in the other direction. We try to mitigate by turning some trains so congestion is manageable.
