Gomez is struggling mightily to carry the 10-pin on pocket shots and seems frustrated. That frustration may have gotten the best of him as he whiffed the spare in his 9th.

Belmo tosses a double in his 8th and 9th to lead by 20. Still a tight match.

Snuck through that one with Aj. Rolled a poor shot in the 3rd and another poor shot in the 8th off my hand - but the 11th I was happy with (even thought it split). I’ve hit my ahh Road pearl with a dash of 2000 and will move a little left and pure the next 10 shots.

Have to say when it came down to it - AJ rolled it great. This arena bay has so much friction that our bald are having a hard time to get those half pocket hits. It’s got to be aced off your hand or you’ll be picking up your spare ball.

Chapman gladly takes the gift and strikes on his first ball of the 10th. He needs another now.

Belmo seemed to believe his second shot of the 10th was a strike and started walking away with his finger in the air, only to be stunned when he leaves the 4-10 split. Chapman now must double in his 10th to win.

Chapman is devastated by a pocket 7-10 in his 9th frame for an open. What a break.

This is getting a little ugly now as Belmo leaves a ringing 10 and converts in his 7th and then leaves the 2-8 in his 8th and covers, but he may need to make a daring move here late to move on.
